Hello and welcome
Welcome to North Manchester Fitness. We are a friendly fitness group based North Manchester, offering a wide range of sessions for people of all ages and abilities. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us, any day of the week!
Our coaches are all qualified and work hard to make the sessions as interesting, fun and varied as possible. We can chat to you about what fitness goals you might have and how we can help you to meet them. We aim to make all our sessions inclusive to everyone.
What Do We Do?
We offer a varied range of sessions including pilates, over 50s exercise, zumba, boxercise, running, walking, yoga, circuit training, Hiitstep, sprints and marathon training. Each session is an hour of fun packed exercise, with people who will help you run that extra mile, quite literally!
Sessions are great value at only £2 each with absolutely no membership fees!
Keep an eye out for our regular special events, including fitness weekends, which are great fun and filled with really friendly people.
We enter teams into many organised events including the Manchester 10k and half/full marathons, 5k runs, Race for Life, Dale walks, santa dashes, the Gauntlet Games and loads more! We’ll help you get the fitness you want/need to take part.
